We’ve lived in our home for 20 years, and decided to take a new step. We contacted Jill and we were off! She explained to us what to do to get our home ready. She explained the market and our home was something the market needed, which was a big relief to us. Was trying to sell our house all summer. With another realtor, and was recommended to use Jill. She came in and 3 weeks later we where getting offers on our house. Once an offer was accepted the process went smooth from there on out. Jill was a tremendous help and cant say enough good things about her! We just bought our first home and knew very little about the process. Sherisa had an immeasurable patience with us and went absolutely above and beyond with every detail that we should know about the home buying process. Her expertise in the real estate market was evident even from our first frightful house viewing/meeting. She was very professional, approachable, and reliable. Her guidance and advices made our home buying process a lot less daunting. Throughout our home buying process, she was incredibly communicative.
