Nancy is a miracle worker that found a way to get me out of an extremely crowded market very near my price. Growing up in the DC area her intuitive sense of political risk came naturally and she somehow developed an innate ability to dispel or at the very least mitigate those types of risks in the mind of this seller. These are rare though admirable traits that can be found in many agents, but to me Ms. Dietrich is so very, very much more: She is cool under fire. Immediately after listing we faced two pretty annoying hurricanes that drastically altered the marketplace for the foreseeable future...at least to a man as weak as I. Nancy knew we were sitting on a winner and her resolve to see this deal through to its natural conclusion, coupled with her ability to to articulate market views in a way that I could understand were far greater than my inclination to keep dropping the price till we caught a declining market. For this reason I am forever in her debt for taking feelings and personalities out of what is naturally one of the most stressful times most of us eventually face.
