Since day one Nancy has provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing. Our experience began back in 2019 where I had inquired on a foreclosure which Nancy happen to be the listing agent for the home. After deciding to pursue with submitting an offer we ended up waiting roughly 10 months only to find out the seller had legal issues that were pending. During the 10 months Nancy was always making sure to keep me updated on any new developments no matter how small. After waiting for so long I finally decided to retract my offer and keep Nancy as my agent. Based on my input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Nancy would provide daily listings of properties that closely matched those needs/wants and even provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. Most important to me personally, Nancy was always honest about what she thought about each property and was always available and helpful. We felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than a month after closing, she is still keeping tabs on us to make sure we are continuing to have a great home buying experience.
