The best experience I have ever had with with selling my house. Came in from day one knew what had to be done and helped get it all done in under a month. Scott is a very honest realtor and extremely helpful. My favorite thing about Scott is how responsive and transparent he was throughout the whole process. He didn’t just call and tell me what the buying agent said but also gave pictures of all the texts and contracts so there was nothing to ever question. We had the great pleasure of working with Scott from April through July 2020. He always answered our calls and replied to texts as fast as we would send them. He has a great understanding of the local market and how to get you a great deal. We bought a new build home through Legacy and he handled all negotiations and communications with their realtor. Scott recently helped me sell my house less than 2 months ago, when I started thinking about buying he was the obvious choice to go to with my questions. I wasn't sure if I was even in a position to be able to buy since this is the first time I've personally bought a home. We talked it through and within a week, we were looking at houses. He encouraged me to explore all my options as far as a new build or previously owned houses, to ensure I could make the best decision for me and my family. I found a house with a lot of character and absolutely knew it was what I wanted. We closed today and I couldn't be happier with everything he helped me with. His referral for financing my home was amazing and he was willing to answer any of my questions along the way, no matter how simple or odd they were.
