We are very happy we chose to work with Scott to purchase our first home. He was great at explaining the process to us and answered all of our questions well. The app he uses made it easy for us to request tours of homes we were interested in. Once we found our home he did a fantastic job of negotiating a purchase price. Throughout the whole process we could tell he was very knowledgeable which made the big decision of purchasing a house a little less daunting.

Ryan is extremely knowledgeable regarding the purchase process of a home. He was always willing to answer questions and schedule a walk through. Ryan was also helpful with explaining his website and setting up the app to search for homes in my budget. He also has resources such a mortgage broker to make the pre-approval and purchase progress go as smoothly as possible. Being a home-owner himself and going through the experience increased his understanding and perspective in helping me through this exciting yet stressful experience. Ryan didn't just help me find a house, he helped me find a home. When I started to stray from the things I had told him that were important to me in the home I wanted, he respectfully guided me to get back on track. I am extremely grateful to have found my forever home and would not change a thing about my experience with my agent. However, if I would decided to move again in the future, I would not hesitate one bit to contract Ryan and have him represent me in the process all over again. I highly recommend Ryan Bowden as an agent and I am grateful he helped make the dream of becoming a homeowner (of the exact type of home I have always sought) come true! Thank you, Ryan! You are AMAZiNG!

From the very beginning, Scott was exactly who we were looking for when it came to finding and purchasing a home. He was professional, genuine, and fun to work with. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of detailed questions and Scott was extremely helpful! My family and I moved to Nebraska from across the country with a “quick close” mindset. Scott did everything possible to make it happen for us. Highly recommend!

Scott did a phenomenal job helping us navigate the sale of our first home. He was always available to answer and questions or concerns we had. Scott made sure we were comfortable with every step of the process and made the house selling process enjoyable. We wouldn't have asked for better help in the everchanging housing market to make sure we listed at just the right time. Scott was able to secure us a buyer quickly and continued to support us through the closing of our home. 10/10 will use again on future home sales and purchases!

We made the right choice picking Scott as our realtor to sell our house! Scott helped us to sell our house quickly and without hassle. He handled negotiations professionally to get us the best price and terms! There was great communication throughout the whole process and Scott was easy to get ahold of when needed. His team took care of all the marketing and paid for professional cleaners. He even got our neighbor a gift card for helping sell our house! Highly recommend using Scott for all your house selling (and buying) needs!

Scott and the Realty ONE team were amazing to work with on the purchase of our new house. Not only did Scott's knowledge of the market get us best value for our home, but his knowledge of mortgages helped us secure the best mortgage for us. The team was very patient with us and flexible in the hunting process and they were there with us every step of closing process. The little extras like paying for the cleaning lady both at listing and closing, to offering to help us in the last leg of the move, was amazing. From Scott to Kayla, Cam, and Olivia the entire team was all 5 gold 🌟! Couldn't have gone through this process with any other team👍🏻.

Power couple=Scott and Kayla. My wife and I decided to sell our home not knowing exactly what it would be worth. However, Scott came in and assured us that what we had was valuable and he was right. Scott generously paid to have our house deep cleaned and was more than willing to help us through any question or concern as it came up. After all was said and done Scott was able to sell our house to the point it covered our down payment on our new home AND eliminated some long standing debt. Kayla was such a big help also as she coordinated the showings on our house and worked around our busy schedules so we could see houses at a time convenient for us. I couldn't recommend Scott or Team Gold enough!

I couldn’t recommend working with Scott more! Being first time sellers, my husband and I had no idea what to expect. Scott walked us through step by step and made sure we got the best price for our house using smart marketing techniques. He takes a personal and transparent approach to his business, and we felt incredibly supported. Couldn’t imagine working with anyone else besides Scott and his Team Gold!!

We had such a great experience with Scott as our realtor! Even with the current market and housing shortage, Scott was positive and confident in helping us find a home that we loved! He listened to what we were wanting and was attentive to all of our questions. He had great systems that made scheduling showings a breeze, even on short notice. We were fortunate to have Scott’s wisdom with putting in the most competitive offers and we didn’t have to wait long to find what we were looking for! Also, he was very personable to us and our kids, which was a huge plus! Thank you Scott for making this a smoother and more enjoyable process for us!

Scott was with us every step of the way, during our house buying process. We were in a unique position where we couldn't come to Nebraska in person to look for a house. Scott made the virtual house buying process a breeze. He answered all of our questions and helped us feel confident in our choice of house! As first time homebuyers we are so grateful that we had Scott to help us through this process! He is the best of the best!
