Scott and his team were amazing, and if you are going with someone else you are going with the wrong people! Whether it was providing his candid and professional expertise to my wife and I, holding other realtors to task, or ensuring the sale process keeps moving, Scott sets the bar for what realtors SHOULD be. His level of support is not what I would simply call a realtor, but truly a support system for military and civilian families alike! He is supportive, responsive, and I felt like he worked for ME and looked out for my interests. My family and I are a military family relocating to our "forever home" following retirement from active duty; and we have just one shot at this. Added on was the additional challenge of trying to find/buy our home while still living in Virginia. Scott completely grasped what our intent was right out of the gate, and made sure to also understand our reservations and concerns. Scott was able to convey details from afar almost as if we were actually physically present, and he never missed a beat. He provides extremely responsive/timely updates in an innovative way that I've not seen nor heard of before, but WOW; amazing! He also was able to break down any processes we were unfamiliar with in a way that made them understandable, but also conveying enough information for us to make sound decisions. Lastly and perhaps most importantly, he also just happens to be a really great person with a great attitude! I provide my strongest recommendation and endorsement possible for Scott.
