This is the second house we’ve purchased and had Chris as our realtor! He is absolutely the best around! He was available every time we were interested in viewing a house, responsive, very knowledgeable, and truly made buying a house less stressful. He’s upfront and honest and we always felt like he was looking out for our best interest! Chris is very family oriented as well which was great for us considering we have four kids. With four kids looking at houses can get a little chaotic but it was never an issue with Chris. He always made it a blast and the kids absolutely love him! I have recommended Chris to multiple people and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a realtor, I promise he is your guy!

I can’t say enough about Crystal. I had a difficult and lengthy sale and she was on top of it the whole way. She assisted in every possible way she could going above and beyond. If there was a “Going the Extra Mile” award I would nominate her. She is the epitome of Southern Hospitality at its finest. Just ask my neighbor-Crystal sold her house as well!!!!

Crystal was so great ! I first started out for sale by owner that lasted a week! Had two realtors stop by and wanted to know why sale by owner I gave both the reason why I wanted to sale on my on and Crystal was the one I chose ! Crystal came prepared she had comps for area and true numbers for house sale and explained what all all the commissions covers and she came over several times in person not just phone calls but there were many phone calls as well! If you want a helpful caring realtor give Crystal a call she will follow you through til the end!

Crystal did a great job for us. She was always available to our calls. She was also proactive in getting touch with us when we needed to be alerted of some new details. It was the first home purchase either of us had made in at least 30 years, so we needed a fair amount of "hand-holding" along the way. As we got closer to the closing date, there were issues that developed that were beyond our understanding or control. Crystal patiently walked us through every issue and communicated with the lawyer (title), the seller's agent, the lender, the insurance company and the mortgage broker. We experienced a smooth closing. We are grateful to her for all her help. We highly recommend Crystal Bailey for your real estate needs.

I recently bought my first home and Jessica was the most amazing realtor. Now she is more like family. I honestly could not have gone through the home buying process without her. Not only is she honest with you and always looking out for your best interest, but she is also willing to get down and dirty (literally crawling in attic spaces) to make sure you are making a sound purchase. She has a background in flipping houses, so she absolutely knows her stuff. She stuck with me through all of the nail biting paper work and legal processes and it made me feel so much more safe and comfortable.
