John worked diligently to help me find the right home. He showed me many places and answered all my questions, if he didn't know the answer, he found it. I was not living in the area so John was very patient and helpful with obtaining and sending documents to facilitate the purchase process and after the purchase was completed and escrow closed, John still helped me. I am so happy with John's excellent customer service that I am using his services to purchase a second home.

My wife and I were looking for a home in Ocean Shores Wa. I was living in California at the time. I initially called John, don't remember how I even got his number, to ask about a listing I saw on one of the web sites. He was knowledgeable in the market and even took a lot of time to tell us about the local area. When I got off the phone I mentioned his patience and thoroughness with someone he had never met and at that time wasn't even his client. When we were prepared to pull the trigger and buy, we didn't have a realtor to represent us. We immediately, without having met him in person, knew we wanted John to be our realtor based on the professional and thorough phone call I had with him. John went absolutely above and beyond. He previewed homes and relayed his findings to us. Having an out of state client can't be easy, but he never balked or acted like anything we needed was too much for him. When we traveled up to view homes he had 7 or 8 homes lined up to view. Each one matched our checklist we provided John. Knowing we were in town for a limited time, John spent 2 days working hard for us. Once we found our forever home, which without John we would have likely not found, he was there 100%, from offer to counter offer, through inspections and closing.
