John was wonderful to work with when I moved to Washington. He spent a full weekend with me one full year before I planned to purchase a home. He sent me possible options throughout the following year. Once my move was upon me, he spent another long weekend showing me properties. All of them were good fits, appropriately meeting my requirements. Once I decided on a home, John made resources available as I made my offer and went through inspections. After the inspection, John reviewed the information with me and I ultimately made the decision not to purchase that particular home. So, the search continued with me not in the area. On a days notice, John walked through the home I ended up purchasing with a phone; testing outlets, turning on faucets, opening closets, testing wall furnaces, and going under the house as well. He made me feel confident enough to be able to purchase a home sight unseen. And he did all of this in a pandemic climate!! Amazing.
