I was recommended to chastity through one of my good friends, and I'm glad he did cause, she knew, what she was talking about. Even though a house we were about to get got sold, she found us a even better house with more features. Chastity(mostly chastity) and her team hooked it up and found us a great house that was in our price range, I've never felt so comfortable as a first time homebuyer, and I don't feel like I got ripped off, like you would with some other realtors.

I dealt mostly with Brian Bartholomew and he was incredibly knowledgable, patient and made sure everything worked out for my family and I. Between the two of them the house was bought after a long process. I fell for a scam loan and we made an offer on the house but ended up having to back out. However they continued to work with me over the next two months and made sure we got the house we wanted AND for cheaper than the original offer. Many thanks to yall!

Chasity was an amazing realtor. Being 23 and single, on my own, I was very nervous even considering purchasing a home. She treated me like a daughter and was so patient with me. She helped to clarify any and all stupid and nervous questions and made sure that what I was purchasing was that I wanted, and nothing less. She was never pushy and never suggested anything other than what I indicated I was looking for. Before finding her, I had tried searching with several other agents and none of them gave me half of the confidence and reassurance that she did. She takes every business deal personal and she has kept in touch with me monthly since the purchase. She even checked on my house after the hurricane and made sure everything was good. She has helped me so much and I seriously couldn't, and more importantly WOULDN'T have done it. I will buy every home through her if I can in the future.

I really liked the way she approached things for us. She found exactly what I wanted in a house and it was super quick. She worked with us as much as possible so we could get set and have a house asap. She knows a lot about the area and what and where is good and which parts really are not that great. She helped us out tremendously and I am super glad we had her as our agent! I would for sure recommend her to anyone and we actually did recommend her to two of our friends and they ended up buying houses!

Simply put, AMAZING! We worked with Kim for almost a year. Although we live in Pittsburgh, Pa and were looking for a second home, Kim always treated us as neighbors. She is patient, understanding, and when needed, the voice of reason and reassurance. She went above and beyond in every respect. It's obvious to us she loves being a realtor...we consider her to be both friend and family. If you desire a realtor with outstanding knowledge and superior people skills, she will not disappoint. On a final note, she does not quit after the sale...she is ready to offer additional expertise in regards to post-purchase requirements (insurance, landscaping, lawn service, home security, and other building needs).
