I really liked the way she approached things for us. She found exactly what I wanted in a house and it was super quick. She worked with us as much as possible so we could get set and have a house asap. She knows a lot about the area and what and where is good and which parts really are not that great. She helped us out tremendously and I am super glad we had her as our agent! I would for sure recommend her to anyone and we actually did recommend her to two of our friends and they ended up buying houses!

Simply put, AMAZING! We worked with Kim for almost a year. Although we live in Pittsburgh, Pa and were looking for a second home, Kim always treated us as neighbors. She is patient, understanding, and when needed, the voice of reason and reassurance. She went above and beyond in every respect. Our overall experience was great. We were in Arizona the entire time of our purchase and Chasity was very patient and answered all of our questions. When she couldn't be there her assistant Brian was there and on top of it. There were a few things that happened at the end that were out of Chasitys control but she still stayed on top of it and made sure everything was taken care of. We would highly recommend her and her company.
