Phenomenal!
Being a first time home owner with no clue of what to expect, Ally has been a huge help! Not only did she help us find our home, but she went in depth of the process and helped us focus on our future since we are military. She is down to Earth and an extreme pleasure to work with. With bumps along the away and submitting several offers, she worked to ease the process and helped us focus on the bigger outcome. I would recommend Ally to anyone!

Since day one she helped us find available plots, appraisers, lenders, everything. Definitely knows what she is doing and definitely will go back to her if/when we plan on moving and she is still around. Absolute best agent for first time home buyers/builders.

Home purchase nightmare
In my opinion, this has been a stressful & uneventful purchase & I have been purchasing homes for years. In my opinion, I’ve had nothing but problems with this agent & if it wasn’t for our cash purchase, this house would have fallen through. I had requested the seller to pay all settlement fees since we were doing a cash buy & at closing, we still had to pay for those fees. She also had forgotten about the settlement date, arriving a day early, after sending me a reminder text a few days prior, which she then told me no one reminded her of the actual date (the purchase from start to finish was 2 weeks). She had requested a cashiers check for the down payment & when I asked her who it would be made out to, she took 3 hours to respond, requiring me to go back to the bank minutes before they closed and had to skip work since she said I must get the check now. When asked, there was no disclosure of the house attached, where after the purchase, the tenant had said there were holes in the house and the washer didn’t work. After asking about how much money to bring to closing, she had given me the number to the attorney and mentioned it was on me to ask those questions. After purchasing the house, I had questions about the tenants documents necessary to continue my business & she gave me the number to the wholeseller and said she didn’t want to be a part of getting me those documents. I will not work with her again in the future.

Well versed and represented us well
Kim put the property up quickly and we took a bid after the weekend. She did a very good job of representing us well even though I was at times difficult to negotiate with. Our experience was very good. The only recommendation to be made, we were not at all satisfied with the law firm recommended. They left a lot to be desired.

Ben is amazing!
Ben helped us with absolutely everything when it came to buying our first house! He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond. Even after closing on the house he contiunes to answer questions and helping us get into contact with the right people!

Amazing great guy
He was such a great guy made everything really easy he showed me amazing homes. He gave me pointers on the homes we where looking at and the best way to approach when putting in my offer. (First time home buyer) Such a nice experience
