Ben made the experience of buying a house an easy one. He helped my husband and I every step of the way. The Jacksonville area is a very hard place to buy considering all the military coming and going, but he made this journey super easy and enjoyable. Currently my husband and I are overseas (military), and we were so stressed about trying to find a home close to Jacksonville, within our price range. Ben was so kind and made every effort to make sure we had everything we wanted in a home. He was willing to work with us/our schedule, which was so helpful considering we are about 6 hours ahead of the east coast. He also went and took pictures/videos of all the homes we were interested in to help us choose the right one for us. He also was there for the signing process, and made everything very comfortable and clear/easy to follow. As this is our first time buying a home, we didn’t know much besides what type of home we were looking for. Ben made sure to share all his knowledge with us, and made sure we were up to speed on everything, before proceeding with each step. Seriously cannot recommend him enough. My only thing is I do wish that there were some more things we would have been informed about being first time homebuyers. I did not know you needed to set the trash up and what not which are conmen sense things but we were unaware of them. Other than that, she did a great job and we love our home. Thanks Ally!
