I would give her 100 stars if I could. I am an investor from New York and had a strict budget AND a deadline that needed to be adhered to for tax purposes. Jacqui was tireless in finding me 2 properties that fit exactly. She independently researched requirements with the city multiple times to find out other listings were not accurate (ie- saying they were on sewer rather than revealing they were on septic, etc). The properties we ended up with were absolutely perfect!!! It was stressful because of the budget and timelines, but Jacqui made it all happen. I could not have done this without her incredible tenacity, knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. She’s the best!!! 100% recommended!

Working with Nadia was absolutely a great experience; she is experienced, professional, and gets things done. I have listed my property with another agent to no results, but listing with Nadia received an offer to purchase for the listed price within a couple of months which lead to the property being sold. Communications with Nadia were great; she answered all of my questions before and after the property was sold. I will definitely have her as my agent again if the need comes and defenitely recommend her to anyone.
