Working with Leslie Knox was a truly great experience. Even though she had just welcomed a new baby not long before we met her, she remained committed and reliable. After one late start in the beginning, she showed up on time to every single appointment and always came with a positive attitude. Leslie listened to our ideas, respected our vision, and gave thoughtful opinions when needed. She never pushed us but always guided us with care and honesty. She quickly went from being “just” a realtor to becoming a trusted friend. She was patient, responsive, and willing to work with our schedule—especially considering we were coming from out of town. While there were a few properties we didn’t get to see that we would’ve liked, that was more due to timing and logistics than anything on her end. If we ever need a realtor in this area again, we’re absolutely calling Leslie. She’s a stand-up professional and someone we would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I can’t express enough how much Chris went above and beyond to sell my late father’s property, he even mowed the grass! In the middle of the chaos of moving into a newly built custom home, we needed sell our previously built custom home. When I posted my home sale I got an abundant inquiries combined with realtors sending me messages offering to sell my home. Chris messaged and just offered help and information to assist with the FSBO. After a few more life changing events (caring for my father in law, & his subsequent passing, sons graduation & leaving for the Army)it got chaotic for us. We did not have what was needed to address everything for selling our home. With confidence we handed the reigns over to Chris, who went above and beyond to get things done for the sale of our home, things not required as a realtor. Our home was under contract within two weeks. Our home went to the right person at the right time, sold and closed quickly. All at Chris’ direction.
