Adam was a pleasure tot work with. From the first day he was very patient with me as the seller. I was nervous and he offered advice but was never over bearing. I took advice about a couple things not really sure if it was the right move for a quick sale. It was and the house sold to the first person that looked. There was no need for the other 8 scheduled to even look. His knowledge of the area was a huge help in pricing which I believe was also key to having a quick sale. I would highly recommend Adam to both buyers and sellers. If I decide to move back to the Philadelphia area I would definitely call him.

Dennis John is an excellent realtor. He is very knowledgeable about the market. He keeps himself up to date on housing trends. He is trustworthy, honest and a person of integrity. He provided us with excellent advice on getting a home inspection prior to listing. This helped us know where to best focus our time and efforts. He always responds to questions and calls in a timely manner. And was available to meet with us in person when needed. He cares about his customers more than the transaction of selling or buying a house. Dennis has invaluable customer service skills and goes above and beyond for his clients. I admired Dennis' positive attitude and optimism that our house would sell quickly. He encouraged us when we were feeling overwhelmed with selling our house.
