Adam was a pleasure tot work with. From the first day he was very patient with me as the seller. I was nervous and he offered advice but was never over bearing. I took advice about a couple things not really sure if it was the right move for a quick sale. It was and the house sold to the first person that looked. There was no need for the other 8 scheduled to even look. His knowledge of the area was a huge help in pricing which I believe was also key to having a quick sale. I would highly recommend Adam to both buyers and sellers. If I decide to move back to the Philadelphia area I would definitely call him.
