Land Sales
Jennifer was the realtor for two rural properties, one in Minnesota and one in Wisconsin. Jennifer is licensed in both states which made the process streamlined for us. She did a great job of marketing the property, with one parcel requiring more extensive research due to complicating factors. We appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile, to reach out to interested parties and her excellent communication throughout the process.

Terrific Agent! Goes over and above!
Jennifer helped my dad, 92, and my sisters with so many things! I always felt bad bugging her and she always put me at ease. I would recommend her 100%. She truly cares about her clients and kept us informed the entire time. You should hire her!

I would certainly use Kim Adam's services and expertise again.
Working with Kim was smooth and pleasurable throughout the entire process. She was always very professional with high knowledge and concise answers to my many questions. She walked me through the entire process step by step. Since I live out-of-state all had to be done remotely. Kim was up to the challenge. I would certainly use Kim's services and expertise again if buying or selling property within her area.

We were looking for a townhouse in Forest Lake MN and really wanted to be ON Forest Lake. As we all know, that is a near impossible request. Sandy showed us a few townhouses that were nice, but just not with that million dollar view. One day she called us on a new listing, FIRST DAY, we rushed over to look. This townhouse was EXACTLY what we had been looking for and Sandy helped us write an offer that very day. We were outbid and our dream house slipped out of our hands. . . But WAIT, this was not Sandy's first rodeo, she tenaciously "camped-out" on this listing EVERY DAY, she knew how much we wanted it. Sandy called us late one night, the other buyers did not qualify. Sandy worked up a strategy with us and before the house was "relisted", she had the listing agent show the seller our original offer. After some back and forth negotiating, WE GOT OUR DREAM HOUSE. This was ONLY because of Sandy's experience, professionalism, connections and tenacity.

We had showings immediately, and multiple showings and 10 days from listing, Sandy SOLD our home.
