There are plenty of realtors adequately skilled agents with decent reviews; but Cameran is the next level. She is in tune with the market and the inventory of the area which is critically important. Her responsiveness and candid honesty is unparalleled. We purchased this home virtually from a thousand miles away. I can say we actually knew more about the home and spent more time with Cameran and her recommended inspectors, then if we had done a traditional purchase. Cameran catered to us, and did virtual house visits with us to ensure we were comfortable. Cameran treated us like we were her only clients. We had pivotal events on our journey, where things could have gone differently. Cameran did not give up on us and focused on the positives and constructing solutions. Her calming personality and fundamental understanding of people is outstanding. Following our closing, Hurricane Ian threatened the St. Pete/Tampa area prior to our first visit. Cameran, despite living in the then projected path of this major hurricane, reached out to us to see if we needed her to check on the property to ensure everything was secure for the storm. This is the next level that I referenced. Integrity is what you do when no one is watching. There was no personal gain in making sure our house would be ok, but that did not matter to her. This is a testament to her integrity. I’ll never forget it. Cameran is not just a phenomenal agent, she is a leader you can trust. Now, with the challenging real-estate market, you want to be sure you have someone like her on your side. It’s fine to be a 5-star agent in a white-hot housing market, but now is when this skill, integrity, professionalism, and understanding of the leverage buyers and sellers have is essential. This was my first time buying a home and I had absolutely no experience or knowledge in what to look for. Donna was extremely patient with me when I needed the extra help understanding how the whole process worked and was even able to work with my schedule as I work Midnights.
