Donna was just simply great! From Day 1 she was extremely helpful and professional. My wife was a mess and Donna kept her calm through the whole ordeal, from house hunting thru closing Donna's Professionalism shown through and kept my wife from committing suicide (Only Kidding). I have had the pleasure of working with her for 2 property sales (condo and single family home) in two different cities, and both were done in a timely manner and well negotiated. She does research and analysis for the property to accurately assess market value, and knows where the market is trending. She is the best choice, hands down!!

It took years for me to decide to downsize. Without my almost daily texts and talks with Gina, I believe I would have given in and stayed in my old home. No matter how trivial the question she had the answer. Every inquiry was answered quickly and accurately . There were no surprises because Gina explained each step and truly at times had to hold my hand to walk me through some of them. She was available no matter what time day or night. Selling and buying is their expertise but for us mere mortals, without them and that knowledge, it would have been difficult if not impossible. The legal paperwork alone is mine boggling but was handled seamlessly. I will be forever grateful to the team, especially Gina, with her knowledge, professionalism and patience. She went far beyond my expectations. They made my home selling and buying so very easy. I realize that this statement is said so very often but I have to say it.
