Bill is not only Professional and Knowledgeable in the SW Florida Real estate market; he is an excellent communicator and patient listener. Bill is very busy, however, I never had to wait for him to return a text or phone call. Bill is a go-getter; I only had to wait a day to see all three houses on my list. When I chose the house, Bill negotiated my first offer with the Seller and had all signatures, even on a weekend, the next day. I had the keys 15 days later (Cash Buyer). I highly recommend Bill and plan on having him list my current house for sale.

Alice helped us agree on a purchase price within two days of us agreeing to sell our former residence with a required closing date of one month. We felt she helped us get a very favorable purchase price, and continued to help all the way through the closing, including answering our questions about the process and filling out paper work and the home inspection results and was willing to communicate with the seller through the sellers agent with any concerns we had.
