I found her to be very knowledgeable in all areas regarding a house. She pointed out many structural concerns to look for in an Arizona house. I was unaware of many of these things because I'm from Minnesota. This was very helpful. She was efficient with our time yet covered all of our questions and fielded several phone calls from us after our visit . Our purchase was not without a few bumps in the road and she kept in touch with us as well as our lender and title company while working through the process. She has a wealth of contacts for additional services that we needed such as house insurance, etc. I really enjoyed working with her both personally and professionally. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Debbie actually got my house sold while it was still in the "Coming Soon" phase of the listing. In a tight market she secured a great cash buyer in just a couple days. Prior to listing, she gave me great advice on what buyers are looking for and what the few simple things we needed to do prior to listing to get a better price. It worked! I have worked with her a couple of times, and she always gives sound advice. She knows her market, she stays in contact with you though out the whole sales process and is always the consummate professional. We were under the gun a bit to get the house sold before going on a big vacation out the country, and it worked out great. With her help we got the house sold and closed in just a couple weeks total and had a great stress free vacation! I would definitely work with her again.
