We decided to move back to Az.Patti Well was recommended .What a lucky break for us.She found 6 homes for us to view.She was so knowledgeable on the area and comes. After viewing the homes we settled on 1.!!! She put in an offer and recommend a Mortgage Co.Everything went so smoothly got us a 30 day closing date! Rex has years of real estate experience under his belt and it shows. Every step of the home buying process he was navigating us through it and telling us what to expect so there were no surprises. He helped us negotiate with the seller to get a fair price on the home we wanted. Purchasing a home can be very stressful and Rex alleviated much of that stress. For example, as we were signing documents for the home the notary was surprised, but impressed, that our realtor was there. One of the documents had an error on it and because Rex was there he was able to call the title company and get the error fixed right there on the spot instead of delaying the signing and potentially disrupting the closing date.

She knew exactly the type and style of home we were interested in therefore we never a few houses that wouldn’t have worked . We worked with Corrie to purchase a residential investment property. She showed us several houses in the short time we had while visiting AZ. I found her to be very knowledgeable in all areas regarding a house. She pointed out many structural concerns to look for in an Arizona house. I was unaware of many of these things because I'm from Minnesota. This was very helpful. She was efficient with our time yet covered all of our questions and fielded several phone calls from us after our visit . Our purchase was not without a few bumps in the road and she kept in touch with us as well as our lender and title company while working through the process. Debbie actually got my house sold while it was still in the "Coming Soon" phase of the listing. In a tight market she secured a great cash buyer in just a couple days. Prior to listing, she gave me great advice on what buyers are looking for and what the few simple things we needed to do prior to listing to get a better price. It worked! I have worked with her a couple of times, and she always gives sound advice. She knows her market, she stays in contact with you though out the whole sales process and is always the consummate professional. We were under the gun a bit to get the house sold before going on a big vacation out the country, and it worked out great. With her help we got the house sold and closed in just a couple weeks total and had a great stress free vacation! I would definitely work with her again.
