After relocating & buying & selling various homes in Ohio, Minnesota and Kentucky, i have had the opportunity to work with many real estate agents. My expectations are very high on working with real estate agents accordingly. Johnda McGuire is the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. My family and I worked with Johnda out of state (we live in Ohio) to market & sell two homes in Ashland, KY. Johnda has the expertise to not only market & sell homes, but she has the ability to problem solve and is proactive to identify issues & opportunities early and quickly offer up solutions to connect us with the right vendors to get repairs/updates done very quickly & affordably. She knows how to get things done in Ashland! I also found her very responsive and accessible. She worked tirelessly for my 85 year old aunt and uncle to get their house sold. Given their ages, she willingly did a lot more work than typically required of a real estate agent....and she did so willingly, on her own, with a fantastic can-do attitude. For that, my family is truly grateful to her. She is the best Ashland has to offer in real estate agents. We tried one of the other "top" agents and she paled in comparison to Johnda McGuire. She is the perfect blend of ability to mult-task, market expertise, real estate expertise, local connections and hard work/effort.....and a true pleasure to interact with on a daily basis.
