We have been doing business with Lidiya for approximately 20 years and we do not use anyone else!
We have had nothing but good things happen when doing real estate transactions, using Lidiya. She seems to be able to take any type of problem and resolve it with ease. (at least to our eyes) We just do not have to worry at all. Anyone can call me anytime with any questions. We owned 75 units of property and have hard money financed 25-30 real estate properties. I had my real estate license in Ohio in the 70s & 80s . I definitely will go to Lidiya for any and all future deals..

Experience was great!!!
As a first home buyer we didn't have much experience, Lidia was recommended to us by my close friend and we are very glad we choose her to be our realtor. Due to loan agents taking a very long time with the proccess and just blaming it all on covid it took us a long time to close but Lidiya went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. She was there for us from the beginning to the very end and continues to be very helpful. She knows how to get a job done right from srart to finish. Sold our home
