Awesome Knowledge and absolutely professional.
This is the 5th property Oksana has sold for me. She is good at feeling the market, knowing how to market and more importantly she puts the effort into selling your property as if it were her own. Rock Star!

She made finding the perfect place enjoyable!
Tracy was awesome to work with! She took a lot of time researching and showing us properties until we found the right one! We ended up putting 3 offers in on 3 different properties because the first 2 didn't work for one reason or another. She never left us hanging or in the dark and always responded quickly to all of our questions! You will not be disappointed if you have her work for you - I know we weren't!!

Oksana was very professional and knowledgeable.
Oksana helped us with two properties. The first one had problems so we walked. Oksana stayed optimistic and helped us find a better property. She was involved with every aspect of the buying process. She was involved with the home inspection, water inspection, septic inspection, wind mitigation, finding the proper survey, finding a list of previous contractors who worked at the address and even tracking down the color of the paints used on the home. She successfully negotiated with the sellers on some damage she discovered. We hit a home run by having her on our team.

Outstanding!
Oksana was able to sell our house in less than 10 hours on the market. Like always goes above and beyond. Would recommend her 10 out of 10. You will not regret it, she is very knowledgeable and will get you even more than you ask! She was also our realtor for the buying process when we first purchased the home.

I am not one to write reviews. However, I feel it is important that I write a review about my experience with Oksana Bogdan. I have never met someone with so much caring, compassion and drive towards people and her job as a real estate . She is one of the hardest working agents that I know of, and I have a lot of friends in the real estate profession. She is always available by phone at any hour of the day. She is attentive and understanding to her clients and is always looking out for their best interests. She keeps you constantly informed of the progress of the sale of your property. . She is that "it" employee a broker agent hopes to find and have. She had our house pending within two days and closed within 30 days. I will certainly use Oksana Bogdan again without hesitation to sell my home or properties in the future.

Simply Amazing
