Last year, we hired Matt Putnick to guide us through the process of buying a house and, subsequently, selling our townhome. Hiring Matt was one of the best decisions we've ever made. He provided us with outstanding service, and was very diligent, patient, responsive, attentive, thorough and honest throughout the entire process. As a result, we found a house that meets our needs, is located in a nice community and we can see ourselves living in for years to come. Also, thanks to Matt, we were able to sell our townhome in just over a month! Matt is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, and we would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying and/or selling a home.
