•My husband and I would have ended up not able to buy the property without Emily’s help! She’s a real gem in the realtors industry who's always on track of things, well-organized, and going further beyond expectations! Working with Emily, you don’t need to worry about anything, she will remind you before you notice and already have the information you need gathered. When dealing with hard sellers or seller agents, Emily has her unique strategy to communicate and make things move forward! We unluckily had a terrible seller who’s his own seller agent, barely responded and made thousands of mistakes, didn’t even remember his own property price while not easily negotiable to lower the price either! But we luckily had Emily as our buyer agent, who not only did the perfect buyer agent work while also pushed hard on the seller agent to keep things going. My husband and I are usually very calm, but the seller/seller agent has made us almost give up on the deal. Emily was able to handle tensions from both sides and still helped us make a great deal! The area where we wanted to invest takes three hours to drive there. Emily organized things super well and lined up multiple properties for the same day for us to easily have a tour. She also helped us look up local government policies related to real estate or our investment plan, to uncover those unknowns. She diligently researched online and contacted local resources for things whenever we needed, such as home concerns or home inspections. When we used google sheet to calculate our investment plan, Emily was very collaborative and used the same document and the way we prefer, gathering data for things we wanted to know. She’s also a great listener who respects our decisions and the way we plan to move forward. We bought this satisfying property with a great price in such a short time all because of Emily's amazing work! We sincerely appreciate that and highly recommend her to any friend or anyone!
If you want to have a reliable, very helpful and resourceful realtor, I would definitely and highly recommend Ms. Emily Lin. Not only that she responded promptly to our inquiries regarding the properties that we're interested of, she was so very knowledgeable and would very eager to help us get the informations about the concerns we had for each of the property. Like for instance, she didn't hesitate to go and asks the fire department about our concerns and some others stuffs. She would give us options and made sure that we get the answers. She has this friendly approach and not so like all is just business. We could not thank her enough and her partner who's an architect for assisting us in getting the property that we want.
