Not only that she responded promptly to our inquiries regarding the properties that we're interested of, she was so very knowledgeable and would very eager to help us get the informations about the concerns we had for each of the property. Like for instance, she didn't hesitate to go and asks the fire department about our concerns and some others stuffs. She would give us options and made sure that we get the answers.
