At first we wanted to try and list our home FSBO, just to see what would happen - totally out of my comfort zone, but heck, it’s a seller’s market, right? . Paul saw this listing and promptly (but kindly) messaged us and agreed that this decision could very well be a lucrative one, and assured us that he supported us in our decision, but would love to share more details about our property in the event we changed our minds. I welcomed his presentation. And in doing so, he offered professional photography, home maintenance services, all kinds of other things i probably didn’t take advantage of, or even realize would be helpful, and FREE use of his readily available box truck. Honestly, his professionalism, integrity, hard work, and kindness reinforced our decision to have him list our home for us well before our “two week FSBO trial” ended. Of course, our little home showed almost 20 times in three days and was sold before the week was over. We closed in the comfort of our own home too! How easy was that?! I can’t say thank you enough for such amazing service, and will continue to recommend Paul to anyone looking. We hit the jackpot in finding the best!
