•Im a bit high maintenance(understatement). Brittany is amazing. She is calm, friendly, a tough negotiator, and absolutely cares that her clients get exactly what they want WITHOUT settling. For us that process was a couple offers, over 6 months of looking, then finally stumbling across a hidden Gem. We were about to buy 1 specific beautiful home and this process would have lasted only a week, but she did some digging into the builder and what she found out saved our butts! She could have had an easy sale very very quickly for way more than the home we bought, but due to her ethics and her morality she could not in let us buy the first house without letting us know exactly what this builder was known for. We ran for the hills and THANK GOODNESS we did! I cannot say enough good things about Brittany, I would recommend her to anyone knowing that she will take great care of them!
