As it pertains to the home buying process, I was completely lost before I met Brittany Latuch. She was absolutely amazing to work with. I told Brittany my likes/dislikes in a home and she took me to see a wide variety of houses to see what worked and what didn't. We went all over Virginia and West Virginia and she kept her finger on the pulse of new listings. Her professional demeanor and knowledge of every aspect of the home-buying process was evident with every interaction. She understood all of the financial/mortgage information and she was able to help me decide on the type of loans and programs I should gravitate toward.
