A Fortunate Partnership

My wife and I started "casually looking" (always dangerous) at homes in late October / November 2025. We submitted a request for a showing through Zillow and connected with Michael. We had no prior contact with him and despite having used a different realtor for a prior purchase decided to work with Michael. His professionalism, knowledge of the area, friendly demeanor and ability to help guide us to a decision we felt confident in is what encouraged us to work with him beyond the first showing. Throughout the buying process Michael was able to quickly connect us to reliable resources (inspector, lawyer, lender, etc) so that we could have a pretty quick closing - despite the holidays. We put an offer in the night before thanksgiving and had a successful closing by December 31st. We highly recommend Michael for your real estate needs. He's someone who will care about the home your purchasing, almost as much as you do.
