Nick is so much more than 5 stars. As out of town house hunters, Nick provided top quality service by FaceTiming, sending videos, an abundance of pictures, a quick offer, and the list goes on. Since purchasing with Nick as our realtor, our family has also used his services for purchase their dream home as well. He provided the same exceptional service to them. You will find your dream and possibly forever home with Nick but you will also find your forever realtor!

Extremely Professional Service Tracey Hayes
Tracey is an extremely professional, approachable, friendly and personable realtor with a wealth of knowledge. She knows exactly what she is doing and when I had problems with the Title company and the bank ( both of their making) she went above and beyond her remit to ensure everything was completely in order and accurately finished. She knows all the legal jargon and can explain it in a manner which is understandable to me as the buyer and was very communicative, keeping me informed at every step of the way where we were up to in the process and what would happen next. I was 110% satisfied with the outstanding service she provided to me whilst buying my property.

Anthony and his team are absolute professionals. He will adapt to suit your needs as a buyer or a seller. He and his team have years of experience in the local area to leverage whether you are buying or selling a home. It is that expertise that you are paying for when navigating a real estate transaction. Both times we used Anthony's services for our home (buying and selling), he took care of virtually every aspect of the transaction, making it a very smooth and seamless process for us.

If you are looking for a trustworthy realtor, look no further. In January of 2021 we found ourselves on a hunt to purchase a rental house in Central Florida. Having zero connections in the area, I began reading reviews online when I came across Nick's profile. My husband and I decided to call Nick and a different realtor(YouTube realtor in the area). Nick responded within the hour, the next day he connected us with Telli to pre-qualify for a mortgage and the emails of beautiful homes, with our specifications, started rolling in. By the time the other realtor got back to us, we were so far in the process that I kinda forgot we had called them. We flew down to Florida, met Nick, Telli gave us our official budget, toured 10+ houses and by the end of our third day Nick had found us many great houses but we narrowed it down to one. We decided to summit an offer that night and two hours later(after some quick negotiations) our offer was accepted! Nick is professional, listens to preferences, is respectful, fun, and very genuine. Best of all, he is just as fast at responding to our random questions today, as he was when we were in the process of buying.
