Straight forward… if you want the Absolute Best Realtor, Nick Caroll is the one to have. Best Service! Best Sale! No worries! Don’t take chances with a realtor who is pushy, or fall for one who is willing to take less than the going rate for a commission… they will more than likely give you poor service and sales. Believe me, I’ve been there. As a real estate investor for 25 years, and having properties in several states, I can tell you that choosing the right realtor makes all the difference in the world. To be honest, the way I finally found Nick was by looking at the best pictures I could find for houses that were being sold, and his surpassed all others. Nick is very professional and approachable. It is clear that he loves his job, and works hard to get you the most money you can get, with the least amount of stress for you. He is the only realtor I will use now, and he is not turned off by having to do a lot of travel to get the job done correctly, thank goodness.
