Our time with Eric started in October 2022. We had limited time to see houses so he lined up as many as we could see in 2 days. He showed compassion and professionalism while we were feeling like nothing was out there to fit our preferences. Then the right house came to light! He went right to the house and did a video walk thru within an hour of my request since we were now 500 miles away. He's always willing to answer any questions and when asked, I feel he gave his honest opinion. He was aware of deadlines & kept in contact with the loan agent and title company as to stay ahead of anything to come. Eric was the best part of this whole experience! He was never pushy or lacking urgency for any tasks. I don't plan on buying another house anytime soon but if we do, Eric is whom we will call, and there is no doubt he would answer the call. Eric was very attentive to our requests to see properties suiting our needs. He is well informed and easy to work with. His knowledge of the properties on the barrier islands and Merritt Islands is excellent; guiding us forward. We felt very comfortable working with Eric and will ask his advice and help to find a house (or houses) in the future. We purchased the house we liked for investment purposes and possible future residence for my wife and I. He made the search process easy and insured we were protected in every way. Eric also has a teriffic team which helped us make decisions on the conditions of the properties we looked at using a very good inspector. He also introduced us to excellent Contractors to inspect and advise on the conditions of the pools, landscaping, heating and plumbing, electrical conditions of the properties. Eric introduced us to an excellent Management Company which followed us through the closing of the property we purchased and is continuing to manage it as we live out of state. I recommend Eric to help in your search for any type of property. Words alone cannot describe the incredible person and realtor Della is. I found Eric on YouTube. He does updates on Brevard County and Cocoa Beach. After watching for a year and reading his reviews I felt he really met our needs in our home search. My wife and I spent 8 weeks in the area renting a short term condo and wanted to find something while we were there. Since we were from out of state we needed some guidance on things we should be looking for. Eric was able to provide this and more. Any question we came up with he had the answer or was able to find out. He provided insight on things we did not think of or simply did not know. We looked at over 50 houses in 4 weeks and never once were we pressured to do anything. When the time came to put in offers Eric gave us him professional opinion but also listened to our wants and needs and stood behind us when we made our decisions.
