My wife and I have worked with many real estate agents across the country. Anthony is the most informed and proactive agent we have had the pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him (and his team) as an agent for everyone looking for a home in Tampa area. We would definitely work with him in the future.

After the loss of my mother, Eric helped make an emotionally difficult situation much easier by going above and beyond just the sale of the house. He quickly responded to emails, texts and phone calls with professionalism, understanding and empathy. I highly recommend Eric for the sale of any property but especially a probate property.

Liz takes great pride in her professional work ethic and product and I am so glad I called her! Relocating to the Orlando area, I reviewed many agent profiles and what separated Liz from the rest is that she has over 18 years of experience, lives in the area and knows the area. What more can a buyer want? During our initial meeting, she presented me with a booklet containing all critical information for the area where I was looking, that illistrates her commitment to her looking out for my best interest. Throughout the entire process, she provided excellent alternatives, valuable guidance and really looked out for me. I can go on an on but she has extensive experience in her profession and she works independently! She is not going to shove you off to another 'team' member, she is an army of one! Thanks Liz, you made me very happy! You are my real estate agent for life!

I recently sold our house through JC Penny Reality. The agent was very professional and knew what other houses in the area were selling for. They sold our house in 48 hours for 5% over asking price. I would recommend JC Penny Reality if you want to buy or sell 100 %.Thank you for the special service you gave us.

Alyssa goes above and beyond! Before moving to FL she was nice enough to check out some properties through video with us while we traveled from CA. She was able to guide us into what neighborhoods to look into and was very honest from the start. She was very knowledgeable about the areas , schools etc... and we were all over the map ! She made our experience very memorable and was always in great communication which is key! She has become more than just our forever realtor, but now a friend! Thank you for all your hard work!

Eric was outstanding. My mother had passed away and Eric did everything he could to make the process of selling her home as painless as possible - going as far as cutting the grass and working with local churches to donate many of my mother's things.

Lucy helped us with the home selling process entirely. We were selling our vacation home, so we needed someone who could take care of the property until closing. Lucy handled everything seamlessly, always kept in contact with us. She was always available to answer my questions, and guided me through the whole process. Being our first home sale, we were worried about many things. But Lucy really made the whole process easy, and worked with us through any issues. She went above and beyond to take care of us. We highly recommend her!
