Great guy! Very good with keeping the buyer updated. When it came time to look for mistakes in the house he was very motivated to find problems that the Builder could fix.

We were first exposed to John while living in Atlanta and looking at moving to the Bellingham, WA area. Neither my wife or I were familiar with the area but in the course of querying information on homes in the area, John responded, along with several other prospective realtors seeking to represent us. While most lost interest when they realized we were unsure if the Bellingham area was right for us and that it would be several months before we would visit the area, John impressed with his patience, focus on helping us determine if Bellingham was the "right" area for us and in helping us understand the real estate market in the area--his primary interest being to satisfy our needs and desires in our new home. When we finally arrived in Bellingham for a familiarization visit, John was instrumental in helping us get the feel of the area and all that it had to offer. Once we decided that the Bellingham area was where we wanted to be, John was fantastic in helping us find the ideal home—one that matched our priorities and price point.
