Man, where do I even start!? Sy was freaking amazing - I feel like a lost puppy when it comes to understanding anything home buying related and Sy helped walked me through all the steps and went above and beyond to attend every meeting or showing. He negotiated for me and saved me $22,000. He even went out of his way to go back to the house MULTIPLE times to make sure everything was kosher. If I had any questions or concerns he was so quick to respond and always stay on top of things. When I would get stressed out, he was there to uplift me and remind me of the finish line and goal I set for myself! I will always use sign when purchasing my next homes. I could not do it without him and I want to say I cannot recommend him enough. Sy’s the Guy!! 10 out of 10 experience! ??

Joell worked with me and my family for about a year helping us find the perfect home. She was always available no matter the time of day. She answered all my questions,( even the ridiculous ones) and if she didn't have the answer she had the resources to get the answers and she used them.
