While walking the house and brainstorming how to reconfigure the floor plan to do what we wanted, Sy had some really good ideas that we are now implementing. I was very impressed with his ideas since me and my dad are both experienced contractors that have renovated quite a few houses and Sy’s ideas hadn't crossed our minds . Sy did an amazing job with the sale of my home. His efficiency and dedication showed in every step of the process and it's everything you'd expect from a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which only a small percentage of realtors even have this certification! Sy demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills when an issue arose with our home inspection. He quickly negotiated with the buyers that we would have the necessary repairs made before their purchase and made the transaction go as smoothly as possible.
