As a resident of Hasty, Arkansas, Morgan has had the pleasure of getting to know those around her in the community and watch the local and surrounding areas grow. She moved from the North Carolina coast to the Ozark Mountains in 2014 to be closer to family who have lived in the area for several generations. I highly recommend Todd Ayers!!

I was very impressed with how involved and helpful Todd was from the signing of our agreement to the sale of our house. He went above and beyond to make the transaction as smooth and easy as possible for me. As a long distance seller I was amazed by how Todd took initiative to take care of anything that needed to be done per the inspection for the buyers. Todd is very knowledgeable and uses his expertise to make his clients experience as good as possible! I am very grateful that we found Todd and used him in the sale of our house.
