My name is Ashley Cornick and I have been a Realtor in Warrensburg, Missouri since 2017. I am a mother of two. My family relocated to Whiteman AFB in 2013. I grew up in Illinois and I lived in Iowa for several years before relocating here, so I am very familiar with the Midwest area. I love being in a military community and I have met some amazing people here and have made some incredible friends throughout the years. I grew up in a smaller town of about 10,000 people in Fulton, Missouri. After graduating high school and leaving Fulton, I then ventured to both Central Methodist University and the University Of Central Missouri to obtain a Bachelors of Science degree. I first became interested in the Real Estate world when my uncle introduced it to me in 2016. I immediately fell in love after working with my first client and I have been working to give all of my buyers and sellers tremendous service ever since! Real Estate has become a massive part of my life and I enjoy helping others to attain their goals when it comes to buying, selling or investing. I was born and raised in upstate New York. I'm a devoted husband and I have 3 older sisters, 3 daughters and 2 sons. I am a 17 1/2 year army veteran and moved to Missouri in June of 2025 when I was medically separated from the Army. I decided that a good way to keep the same work ethics and core values would be going into real estate since I'm local to military branches. My goal in this career is to help as many people as possible to buy, sell, or even just get an updated valuation on their property. This includes assisting those still serving, not just the local community.
I was born during a bad snow storm in the state of Michigan. My father worked for The Cooper Group (Lufkin Rule Division) and was transferred to North Carolina where I was raised. I graduated with honors from Meredith College and began working in the temporary staffing industry, while deciding whether to go into public accounting or cost accounting. Twelve years later, I discovered that I love variety and change. God had another plan and placed me in various roles causing me to move to Missouri, rethink my career path, and learn the art of servitude. Prompt, Available, and Efficient
We did not have a lot of experience with Bryan but the experience we did have was great. I messaged him on Friday evening about possibly using him as an agent. We were on the phone within half an hour, and we had a viewing Sunday afternoon (which was our first availability). When we arrived, he had already done a full walk-through, turned on lights, and got familiar with the house. We put an offer in the next day and he took care of all the paperwork for us throughout the process. He was always readily available when we had questions or wanted to meet in person to sign paperwork. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a responsive and efficient agent.

Awesome and Amazing
Bryan helped me and my wife when we were apartment shopping, even when we wanted a house but thought there was no way to get to that next chapter in newly wedded life. He was a pleasure to work with and made the "home buying" process seem easier than what we could imagine. But he gave us the right tools and guidance to help us along the way. In one day he helped us find our first house that we could call OURS. He walked into a very important time in our lives, and we are both glad it was him. We want to say thank you to him, and anyone looking for their forever home should look in his direction. When looking at other possible houses in the future, Bryan will be the first one we call. Working with him was like another family member helping you out. Me and my wife couldn't have asked for more.

Outstanding Realtor and Professional
Bryan was simply outstanding and well versed in the housing market fluctuation and the requirements necessary to sale our home.
