Jason worked hard for us in this tough housing market. It took us 8 months and 5 failed offers before we finally got an one accepted and purchased our home. Jason stuck with us, endured our pickiness, went to great lengths in search of upcoming listings, and took it personally each time an offer fell through. She came recommended to me from a friend, and made the experience of buying my first home very easy. She was very up front about everything and kept things with in my budget even in this tight market. We looked at several homes and she helped me get an accepted offer with my first bid. She was available and prompt to answer ant questions or look at any homes that I was interested in. For example, the house we bid on was on the market less then 24 hours when we put the bid in and visited the home to look at. If she is still in the business when and if I decide its time to move on to another place I will definitely be a returning customer.

Stacey met with us at the beginning of November 2021 and explained the crazy market and how we might be able to be a little more competitive on any offers we’d like to make on a home. She was very knowledgeable. We had a few homes we wanted to see during the week after standard working hours and she made sure to be there regardless of her location (she was located about 25-30 minutes north of where we were looking). She made us feel like her only clients! One weekend she was going to be out of town but knew we would be going on some house tours, so she made sure an agent in her office was able to come along if we needed. We ended up liking a home when she was gone and she drafted up the offer in the middle of her weekend away, and we ended up with the best offer!
