Mike suggested that we not focus on a house, but instead take some time to learn and explore communities. His plan worked because we were able to narrow down an area for us to focus on, and we eventually bought a house in one of the communities that Mike recommended. Mike often visited our house as it was being constructed, and gave us updates. He even sent video of drone footage that he took, flying over the property to show us the progress that was being made. Mike recommended a home inspector to us , as well as other resources for us to contact. This was very helpful since we were new to the state, and knew few people.
