Buying out of state

We are elderly and wanted to move closer to family. We were from Western New York and were tired of bad winters. Because we were not ready to move into assisted living living yet we came to North Ridgeville to find a home that gave us independence yet a down sized home. Liz gave us 4 days of her time to show us what was available in the area. After many showings we found a home that checked many boxes. Liz job was really just beginning because we needed to go back to Western NY and sell our homestead. She worked with our son in Ohio! Never could have done it without her assistance and valued op
