I first met Madison when I was looking to rent. My experience and impression of realtors who help renters were either few were available or wanted to do it. Despite my initial intention to rent, she was very welcoming and was ready to get started helping with the search. She shared that she was able to negotiate down the lease for a rental client during that time, which was a huge plus. My situation changed, and my partner and I began our search as home buyers. She understood that we were looking to buy something within our means and did not try to up-sell us despite being pre-qualified for more than what we were looking for. She was persistent enough that she ended up negotiating down our initial offer; in an inflated market where demand is high, that's saying something. After having a negative experience with our realtors, when we bought our first home (different company as well), we were reluctant to try again when buying our second home. Brenda was extremely patient and thorough in explaining how the process works. She was not pushy while my husband and I were truly deciding whether it was the right time to sell our first home. She has gone above and beyond the expectations that we’ve had. She was able to assist us with recommendations for vendors to make touchups to the home before we sold it and provided multiple recommendations for vendors while we were touring new properties. She is extremely savvy with what she does And keeps you informed every step of the way. I love that she communicates what to anticipate in the days to come as well. She definitely has the clients best interest in mind . Brenda told us from the beginning that she would make this experience the least stressful as she could for us and she definitely has done so! I would 100% use her again and recommend her! She even helped us find our dream home, even with our list of must haves and all while Covid is going on! We are so grateful!

Fadi has been very helpful throughout this whole process. He got us exactly what we wanted, and never pushed us to settle for less. He knew what we wanted and kept sending us the right listings. He was always available and on top of everything. Never did we doubt him or felt we needed to switch agents.
