Nicole is amazing! She will help you get the best deal for your new home. She helped us sell and buy. On the selling side, She came to our current house and staged it with her personal items to make sure the open house was amazing. We got so many compliments on the decor. She was very considerate of us still living in the house and gave us plenty of notice when potential buyers wanted to view the house. On the buying side, She is very responsive and negotiates to the core, she’s very knowledgeable and knows the rates and what to fight for. She helped us understand things and told us exactly how it was going to be and was there for us with any questions we had. We are a newly married couple with very busy work schedules, she basically took the headache of looking for a home from us and made sure everything was perfect. I needed to sell my house fast because I was having a house built and my new house was contingent on the sale of my present home. My house needed work done. I contacted Christian, we met and we agreed to list the house taking into consideration - the work it needed. Based on Christians experience the suggested fair listing price was reached. We listed it and in 10 days we received numerous offers and accepted one. Throughout the whole process I worked closely with both Christian Fuentes and his assistance Lance.
