House sale
I was reluctantly and emotionally selling my house of 30 years. Robin alternately listened to my cry and explain the selling process. It went so smoothly. The closing was quite a distance from my house and Robin graciously drove me. Very knowledgeable, caring and professional.

It was a great pleasure and satisfaction to work with Sandra McCrary and Robin Brake. From the beginning of the sale of our house, it had the tenant overstayed after lease expired, Sandra showed great professionalism and dedication helped hiring attorney & personally attended the court process and solved the tenant issue. In selling, they did good timely marketing & gave sound advice on every step of the process, so the whole transaction is as smooth, swift as possible. We really appreciated them for doing a lot more for us than we ever expected from a Realtor team.

Received very professional service with reliable, accurate description of property
Robin was very knowledgeable about inspecting our house and giving suggestion on the one thing that needed to be upgraded before listing it for sale - she shared similar listings in the area surrounding our neighborhood and had two offers the very first day it was listed. The prior review of the property and sold properties helped us list at the appropriate price for a quick sale. We are very pleased with the happy results and the quick, easy closing.

Ms. Brenda was the best. She wrote down what we wanted in a home and that became her main focus in shopping for are home. She provide the home inventory that listed repairs, dates of improvements and dates for replacements such as roof and etc... she was very patient and caring. We bounded and she has sold me two beautiful homes.
