Back in July of 2021 I noticed Rhonda was selling a home in our neighbor and I reached out to her for some info on listing our house. We were no where ready to list yet, it was just a thought in our mind. Rhonda immediately sent us info on our home and a round about estimate on what we could list for at the time. She was always kind and not pressuring us and told us when we are ready she will be ready to help. Fast forward to February of 2022 when we got serious about selling our house, I knew the person to call. Rhonda knew we wanted to find something 1st before we listed our house. We quickly saw that a new build was going to be our best option in the market we are in. We looked at several homes. Rhonda was never pushy or pressuring. She wanted us to find what we wanted. We finally found a home that would fit us best so we were ready to put our home on the market. We listed our house in April of 2022 and were able to list it higher than what we would have in February. The sale was so easy start to finish. Rhonda was always there to ease my anxiety and answer any and all of my crazy questions. We would 100% recommend Rhonda to our family and our friends. We are still working with Rhonda as our new home is not ready and I know she will be there to help every step of the way.

This was my 1st time buying a house and I thought it was going to be the most difficult thing, but Ms. Terry made the process so smooth and easy.. She had awesome customer service skills and was very knowledgeable which made decision making very easy for me during this process. I would recommend her to anyone that asks.

I had never sold a home before, but was moving out of state. I had worked with Sandra buying the home I was selling now. Robin came over when I first called her and answered a ton of questions. She gave me good advice on the order in which I needed to approach things. When it came time to list my house, she told me it would sell quickly. I had no idea! I had 10 showings the first day and got offers from 7 of them, all at or above listing price. She navigated me through the process of setting the selling price (we bumped it up) all the way through selecting an offer to accept. We sold in one day and got quite a bit more than we had initially projected, which was awesome! The closing went very smoothly and she helped me find an agent in the city I was moving to. She was very patient with me, and stern sometimes too (when I would wobble). It really was a great experience and I would highly recommend Robin!!!

Robin is an amazing real estate agent. Provided the best customer service and gave great advise. Her attention to details and knowledge of the market helped me know when was the best time to sell my property. I moved from the area and was confident in her management and advise on the sale of my home. Her strategy and industry knowledge gave me peace of mind that she would look out for my best interest. It was a pleasure working with her for over 10 years. She kept me informed, was honest and respectful. Communication was always quick and detailed.
