Jan educated us about Coos County, talked about some tourism features, favorite beaches while showing us around. Robin assisted me with the other paperwork, at times taking me by the hand, as a 1st time home buyer with a packed weekly job schedule. Robin's flexible communication practices was much appreciated. Jan has sold several properties, vacant lots in different parts of town, for me this last year and done so in a weak market for lots. All were under contract within 45 days of listing. All were priced within her market analysis pricing range. One was a small all cash transaction, one where commission money was scant, and it was complicated because of title issues and took nearly 5 months of backs and forths so make the deal happen.
