My sister and I recently sold our father's home using Jan. There aren't enough good things I can write about our experience. Living out of state and hoping to sell the house quickly was of great concern when we put the house up for sale. Any anxiety I had was quickly put to rest by Jan and Robin. They were in constant contact with me, answering most of my questions before I even asked them. Their proactive style was amazing. I was prepared for a prolonged experience but on day one of the listing, offers were already coming in and by day two we had more offers than I could have hoped for. This was all due to the marketing skills of and contacts that Jan and Robin have in Coos Bay and North Bend. By the fourth day we had accepted an offer. Not only was the deal done way faster than I imagined but they sold the house for $42,000 more than our asking price. The way Jan and Robin worked so professionally and diligently for an out of state client they had never met face to face makes me wonder how much more outstanding the experience must be for local clients. When I received the referral to contact Jan I was told she was the "true expert" in the area's real estate. And truly she is. From the start to the finish the sale of my home was properly and professionally represented. Jan did an excellent presentation of comparable homes that sold in my area. Signage showed my home was for sale with a note to make an appointment very helpful in rural setting. Photos showed my home in a way I was proud to see. Drone photos of the outside gave an overall picture. Very nice. Robin, Jan's office assistant was able to find the water rights to the property and answered many of my questions. When I move back to the South coast, I will be looking Jan up to buy my home! Jan you were everything the retired Realtor I know said you would be! Honest, Fair, and Professional. She won't let you down.

Jan and Robin did an absolute superior job for my sister and me. We recently sold our parents' house from a Trust. They helped us navigate through the preparation for listing, showing, dealing with multiple offers, negotiating, revising paperwork several times, finalizing the sale, and getting through the closing and title process. We received prompt, frequent, and accurate communication whether day, evening or weekend contact was needed. The listing was an outstanding product, with 31 pictures and an aerial drone video showing the entire property and the excellent view. In fact, the listing itself generated a full price offer on the first day without the buyer ever setting foot on the property. We reviewed multiple offers over just one week, and accepted an offer $25,000 over the listed price. Jan and Robin guided us very professionally through some post-acceptance issues, and we closed the sale and received the proceeds in less than three weeks.
